Description
Five-button quilted vest, with “up and under” patch-pockets, covered by a seam-to-seam fold.
Materials
The vest is made from a midweight, ten-wale corduroy, which is 100% cotton, sourced from Lancashire. It has a very soft nap and is “nearly black” in colour: a very dark grey. The cloth has been lightly quilted into three-inch stripes by a quilter in London. The lining is a soft black wool-melton, and the vest is trimmed with a high-strength cotton-herringbone. The real horn buttons, dark matte tortoiseshell, are made in the Midlands.
The garment is made and finished in London.
