Customers have seven working days from date of receipt within which to return garments. To be refundable, the garments must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition and with receipt/invoice to:

It is recommended that garments be returned by recorded delivery. Customers are liable for the loss of garments in transit. Garments returned in any condition other than the original one, or garments returned without the original packaging and labels, particularly when they have been worn by the customer, will not be taken back for a refund or exchange.
S.E.H Kelly ships worldwide.
Domestic (UK) orders are dispatched by Royal Mail “Special Delivery” (next day delivery).
Payment can be made with a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account.
Payments are securely processed off-site by PayPal. S.E.H Kelly does not hold any credit card information on its systems.
When placing an order, the customer will be informed about the availability of the garments they wish to purchase. For any enquiries regarding the availability of garments, or for any other query, customers may email shop@sehkelly.com.
In circumstances when garments are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer shall by informed by email within five working days of order confirmation.
For each order, S.E.H Kelly takes the customer’s full name, email address, delivery address and billing address. This information allows for monitoring the progress of orders and updating customers about order status.
Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes expressed at the time they are provided. Information will not be sold, traded or rented, nor shared with third-parties.
If changes are made to the privacy policy, they will be immediately posted above.
