Customers have seven working days from the day they receive their garments within which to return them. To be refundable, the garments must be completely unworn and unwashed, and must be returned in their original condition and with their receipt to:

Please also remember to clearly mark the returning parcel with the word RETURN. In fact, please do so liberally, so that the postal service or UK customs don’t try to take a cut.

It is recommended that garments are returned by recorded delivery: customers are liable for the loss of returned garments in transit, see. To be eligible for exchange or refund, garments must be returned undamaged and unaltered. They must be returned in the exact state and condition as when purchased.

If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to the customer to the account used for purchase within five days of garments being returned. This refund will exclude the costs of returning the garments, which shall be borne by the customer.

Note that in the event of an exchange — e.g. for another size, colour, or any other garment, customers will be asked to pay for the cost of shipping new garments back out.


Shipping, worldwide, is entirely free of charge.

Orders are dispatched within two or three working days, unless otherwise stated, as is sometimes the case at particular times of year — e.g. Christmas and New Year.

Orders within the United Kingdom are sent on fully tracked next-day services, with Royal Mail, UPS, or DPD.

Orders overseas are sent with FedEx, UPS, or DPD, on fully tracked services ranging in duration from next-day to one-week (depending on destination).

Orders may also be sent via other services, such as same-day couriers, if the customer so wishes, and at supplementary expense borne by the customer.


When placing their order, customers will be informed about the availability of the garments they wish to purchase. For any enquiries regarding the availability of garments, or anything else for that matter, customers may email

In circumstances when garments are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer shall by informed by email within five working days of order confirmation.

Photographs of garments are as accurate — shape, detail, and colour-wise — as possible. Of course, screen colours and resolutions vary, and as such, photographs are of no contractual value. Customers are therefore advised to closely read the descriptions of the garment, and, if they have any doubts about anything, to send an email to the above.

Pricing and descriptions may be changed at any point without prior notice being given.


Payment can be made with a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account.

Payments are securely processed by PayPal. S.E.H Kelly does not hold any credit card information; we take only customer name, email address, and delivery address. This helps with monitoring, and keeping customers updated about, the progress of orders.

Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes expressed at the time they are provided. Information will not be sold, traded or rented, nor shared with third-parties. If changes are made to the privacy policy, they will be immediately posted above.]
