Terms and conditions

Shipping, worldwide, is always free of charge, orders are always dispatched within three working days, and prices are always the same.


Customers have seven working days from the day they receive their order within which to return it. To be eligible for return, the order must be unworn and unwashed, in original saleable condition, and sent to the return address provided on confirmation of the order.

Customers are requested to email info@sehkelly.com before proceeding with a return so that recommendations can be given with regards returns best practice — concerning e.g. the delivery service or customs declaration needed when returning orders from overseas.

Refunds will be issued within five working days to the payment account used by the customer for the purchase. The cost of shipping the return back to S.E.H Kelly is borne by the customer, and will not be refunded. In the event of an exchange — e.g. for another size or colour — customers are required to pay for the cost of the new outbound shipment.


Prices for customers within the UK include the current UK rate of VAT (value-added tax).

For customers outside the UK, prices are ex VAT — i.e. they do not include VAT. Please note, however, that orders shipped to customers outside the UK will be subject to the standard rate of VAT (or equivalent sales tax) of the country to which the order exported.

Orders are dispatched within three working days — unless otherwise stated, as is sometimes the case at particularly busy times of year, such as Christmas and New Year.

Orders within the UK are sent on fully tracked services, with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, TNT, FedEx, and UPS. The choice of shipper is chosen at the time of dispatch, and the decision as to which is chosen is dependent on price, reliability, and recent experience.

International orders are sent on fully tracked, 3–5 working day services, with any of the aforementioned shippers, selected at time of dispatch on the same basis outlined above.

Orders within the UK may also be sent via other logistics solutions — such as same-day couriers — if the customer so wishes, and at supplementary cost borne by the customer.


In circumstances when products are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer shall by informed by email within five working days of order confirmation.

Photographs of products are as accurate as possible. However, colours and resolutions of displays vary, and as such, the photographs of products of no contractual value. Customers are therefore advised to read especially closely the description of the product, and, if they have any doubts about any aspect of the product, to email info@sehkelly.com.

Pricing and descriptions may be changed at any point without prior notice being given.


Payment can be made with bank card or PayPal account.

Payments are securely processed by PayPal. S.E.H Kelly Kelly does not hold any credit card information: it holds only the customer name, email address, and delivery address.

Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes expressed at the time they are provided. Information will not be sold, traded or rented, nor shared with third-parties. If changes are made to the privacy policy, they will be immediately posted above.
